Welcome to Average Dudes Fitness! I have started my fitness journey a few years ago and loving the journey and all the knowledge I have gained over time.
My name is Dylan. I have always been on the skinny side and somewhat athletic. When I first started going to the gym I was only there to socialize and occasionally lift some light weights. One day it just clicked that this was something I was enjoying and getting healthier in the process. Since then it has always been the fact that I am only there because I want to be there. As time progressed I did my research, changed eating habits and began following programs. I also have a severe dairy allergy and recently decided to follow a vegan diet which does not making gaining muscle or lifting heavier any easier so I plan to share my journey past and present on the most efficient and clear cut way to achieving the results desired in the quickest amount of time possible.
What do I have to offer
Im not at my end goal but I have made signicant progress in my few years of hitting the gym. I will share what has worked, what has not and give product reviews of the best and healthiest options I have found.
I look forward to going through this journey together and achieving the end physique and goals we have set.
